For Kin: Designer Terms.

The Kin Collective is about originality, nostalgia and culture. To keep it that way, we need to set a few ground rules.

1. Original Work Only

• You must only submit designs that are 100% your own work.

• No copied logos (Adidas, Nike, etc).

• No band logos, lyrics, or anything under copyright.

• No AI-generated images.

• No photographs or artwork you don’t own.

If it’s not yours, it’s not for us.

2. Payment

• If your design is selected, you’ll be paid £50 (GBP) as a one-off fee.

• We may also give you store credit so you can order an item with your design.

• Payments are made by PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days of us confirming your design has been chosen.

3. Rights

• You keep the copyright to your artwork.

• By accepting payment, you give Millsy & Kin a permanent licence to adapt, print, market, and sell your design on our products.

• You can still use your design elsewhere — but you must not license or sell the exact same design to another clothing or merch retailer.

4. Credit

• Your name (or chosen handle) will be credited on our website and socials wherever your design appears.

5. Selection

• Not all submissions will be chosen.

• If your design is selected, we’ll contact you directly with next steps.

• Once approved and paid, your design may be used on any Millsy & Kin product (e.g. t-shirts, mugs, framed prints) and across our platforms, with no time limit.

6. Files

• Submit your work as a high-res file — ideally PNG with a transparent background.

• We won’t accept low-quality, watermarked, or AI-generated files.
