Shipping Policy

Millsy & Kin Limited runs on a hybrid fulfilment model. Some orders ship directly from our HQ in Oxfordshire, some are created and shipped by our production partners who are also in the UK.

In-Stock Items (fulfilled by us)

  • Orders placed before 10pm are either dispatched the same day or next working day. 

  • Shipped via Royal Mail 

  • UK delivery: 2–3 working days approx.

  • International delivery: Varies by destination — typically 7–14 working days

  • Tracking provided when available

Print-on-Demand Items

  • Made to order, then shipped by our UK-based print partners

  • Fulfilment: 2–4 working days

  • Shipping:

    • UK: 1-3 working days

    • International: 7–14 working days

  • These may arrive separately from other items

Delivery Costs

  • Kin-clusive UK Delivery: All UK orders qualify for free delivery (3–5 working days).
    If you're backing the brand, the least we can do is cover the postage.
  • International: We will calculate shipping costs at checkout depending on the destination and available couriers.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs charges, or import fees

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs
