At Millsy & Kin, we operate a hybrid fulfilment model. Some products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners, while others are stocked and dispatched by us from Oxfordshire.
Where an order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately depending on how they are fulfilled.
Stocked & Self-Fulfilled Products
Products held in stock by Millsy & Kin are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of an order being placed.
Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made specifically for each order.
These items typically require a production period before dispatch and are usually shipped within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times will vary depending on destination and carrier services.
Please note that production and shipping estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
