🛍️ Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Millsy & Kin, many items on our store are made-to-order — designed with intention, printed on demand, and shipped directly to you. That means we don’t carry stock, and your item doesn’t exist until you ask for it. 

But that also means we don’t have a returns rack in the back. So here’s the deal:


❌ We don’t accept returns or exchanges on our print on demand products.

Because some of our items are made just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the design after it arrives

We do our best to give clear sizing guides, product previews, and descriptions, so you know exactly what to expect. Please double-check all details before placing your order. If you are between sizes and need advice, please contact us so we can do our best to advise. We are unable to offer returns to customers who order multiple sizes with the intention of returning some. 

🟩 Exceptions: Stocked Merch
For items we stock and ship ourselves (for example: our official Oasis merch and selected branded pieces), we do accept returns and exchanges and review each case individually.

You’ve got 21 days from delivery to get in touch if you believe something is wrong. When accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return, just drop us a message at support@millsyandkin.com with your order number and we’ll sort the rest.


✅ We will replace or refund if…

We value every customer and we’ve got your back if something goes wrong. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a print error

  • Is clearly defective

  • Is not what you ordered

You must let us know within 21 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it. Just email support@millsyandkin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once we’ve got that, we’ll liaise with our fulfilment partner and get you sorted — typically with a reprint or refund within 5–7 working days.


🚚 What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 working days, but if it's been longer:

  • Check your tracking (we send this when your item ships)

  • Check with your local delivery office

  • Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll investigate


⚠️ The Fine Print

Because we work with third-party fulfilment partners, we follow their policies for errors and replacements. We always advocate for our customers and promise to handle any issues fairly, transparently, and with a bit of Millsy charm.

All prices shown include VAT where applicable.
