This website is operated by Millsy & Kin Limited, a registered company in the United Kingdom. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Millsy & Kin Limited. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

If you’re not into reading legal waffle, here’s the short version:
We're a small independent brand creating quality, made-to-order products with meaning. Made-to-order products are handled by trusted fulfilment partners. If you order from us, we make it especially for you. Be cool, don’t try and scam us, and if anything goes wrong — we’ll sort it. 

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your country (18 in the UK) to use this site. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

Millsy & Kin Limited is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. VAT is included in all prices where applicable. Our VAT registration number is: 494099348.

2. Our Products

Most of the products Millsy & Kin sells are made-to-order goods — including clothing, accessories, framed prints, and homeware. We use third-party print-on-demand partners to produce and ship your items.

That means:

  • Your item is printed once your order is placed

  • We don’t hold stock*

  • Fulfilment and shipping are handled externally

  • Each item is unique, and small variations may occur

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

* Some of our official and licensed products are stored and shipped by Millsy & Kin directly. Because these are not made to order - we aim to despatch all orders placed before 10pm the next working day.  

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Info

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made through our store. If you enter incorrect delivery details and the item goes missing — that’s on you.
We may cancel orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms.

4. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item is damaged

  • There's a print defect

  • You received the wrong item

We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of heart. Everything is made-to-order — once it's printed, it's yours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, logos, graphics, photos, and text — belongs to Millsy & Kin Limited. You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or our products without express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party services (like Gelato and Shopify). They have their own privacy and terms policies. We’re not responsible for anything they mess up — but we’ll always help you get it sorted.

7. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can read here.

8. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Sometimes typos happen. If we make an error in pricing, product info, or delivery time, we reserve the right to correct it — even after an order is placed. We’ll always try to be transparent and fair.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. Hopefully, it never comes to that.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use the site after changes are made, that means you accept the new terms.
