Meanwhile, many of our original designs are produced to order, helping us reduce waste and focus on quality rather than mass production.

Stocked items from Millsy & Kin HQ are usually dispatched the same working day whenever possible, or the next working day for orders placed in the evening or over a weekend.
Made-to-order items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, as soon as they have been created especially for you.

Usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
🌍 International Delivery
Typically arrives within 3–7 working days and is fully tracked. Please note that Millsy & Kin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processes in the destination country.

We always want you to love your order, and we're confident you will.
Some of our products are made to order, meaning they don't exist until you ask us to create them. Because of this, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or items ordered in error.
To help you choose the right fit, we provide detailed sizing guides throughout our store and are always happy to answer sizing questions before you order. As a small independent business, we're unable to operate like a traditional High Street retailer and cannot support customers ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to put things right.
Simply email support@millsyandkin.com with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the issue.
